大家可能都很習慣讓自己的帳號、密碼自動記錄在電腦中，每次上網收信時，都直接按個按鈕就可以收發郵件。

 

時間一久，搞不好連自己都忘記哪個帳號用哪個密碼，尤其如果在不同信箱使用不同的帳號、密碼的話。

 

Mail PassView這軟體可以幫我們 把儲存在自己電腦中的Email帳號、密碼挖出來，可識別儲存在Outlook、Outlook Express、Windows Live Mail、Eudora、Google Talk、Gmail Notifier、Thunderbird、Yahoo即時通...等軟體中的帳號密碼，只要按兩下執行Mail PassView就可以通通列出來，相當方便。

使用方法：

第1步  將Mail PassView軟體下載回來並解壓縮之後，把另外的繁體中文語系檔也下載回來、解壓縮，然後複製「mailpv_lng.ini」檔案到Mail PassView軟體資料夾中，即可完成中文化工作。

 

要開始使用的話，請再按兩下執行「mailpv.exe」程式即可。

 

 

第2步  開啟Mail PassView軟體後，程式會自動列出目前已經儲存在電腦中的各式Email帳號、密碼，直接按右鍵複製出來即可。

 

 

第3步  如果你要重灌電腦，想一次全部備份所有帳號、密碼的話，請按「檢視」→ 「HTML報告-所有項目」，即可將目前已擷取到的帳號密碼等資訊匯出成一個HTML網頁，再按「檔案」→「另存新檔」儲存下來即可。
