<P>初發時赤腫光亮，游走遍身，故一名赤游風。 </P>
<P> </P>首用︰升麻 葛根 白芍 柴胡 黃芩 梔子各一錢 木通 甘草各五分 以水二碗，煎取一碗，令子母同服。

<P>次用︰金銀花三錢 牛蒡子（炒） 防風 荊芥 當歸 川芎 白芍 黃芩 連翹各八分 木通甘 水煎服，子母共之，甚者加大黃及麻仁。 </P>
